ABOUT US
FOSTERING A LIFELONG LOVE OF THE GAME
The Soccer Club of Reedsburg offers a number of different ways for corporate and community partners to make a difference in the lives of young soccer players throughout our community. Each year, more than 400 student-athletes, ranging in age from 4 to 19, participate in our inhouse, recreational, competitive soccer programs and camps.
The Soccer Club of Reedsburg is a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) tax-free status for donors and sponsors. We work hard to make soccer available to every player who has the desire to play at the highest level he/she can.
Our MAYSA recreation and competitive teams travel up to 1 hour & 15 minutes to over 40 associated soccer clubs in South Central District 05 of the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association, including Dane, Columbia, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Richland, Rock and Sauk counties during the spring and fall seasons. Our teams also compete in the Annual MAYSA Cup, a recreation tournament held in Madison every spring that hosts over 250 teams in 3 days.
MISSION
The mission of the Reedsburg Soccer Club is to provide a facility, staff, and necessary equipment to ensure that everyone has the chance to learn and participate in soccer, without any prejudice concerning race, creed, or ethnic background. More specifically, the purpose of the SCOR Soccer Program is to provide quality instruction, an enhanced level of competition, the benefit of increased practice and playing time, and promote team spirit — all with the expressed intent of preparing participants for a higher level of play, like high school. No one shall be denied participation because of lack of money to pay the registration fee

VALUES
Reedsburg Soccer Club is built on affordability, inclusion, and community. The club is described as providing affordable, inclusive soccer programs where no child is turned away due to financial need, with a focus on player development, teamwork, and community involvement. That culture is powered by dedicated volunteer parents and community members who make soccer accessible for families. On the field, the values are quality coaching, discipline, commitment and effort from players, coaches and parents alike, while off the field the goal is creating a positive environment for young athletes to learn, grow, and love the game
